Photography: Hong Kong Observation Wheel

I have written about the planned Hong Kong Observation Wheel – which has now been in operation for several months (I believe since autumn 2014).

I have never been on it (I find it a bit pointless given the fact there are so many skyscrapers in Hong Kong that you can easily visit, e.g. the Bank of China Tower) and I do not know anyone who has tried it.

But anyway, as I was walking past it on a sunny afternoon, I decided to do a short photo essay about it – so here are some pictures about the Observation Wheel which is 60 metres high and has 42 gondolas, each holding eight to ten passengers.
